We will actively search to find you a qualified professional child care provider. We conduct a complete background search on every qualified candidate. Our background search includes a completed background information disclosure, a Wisconsin criminal background check (other state checks can be conducted when needed), a Caregiver background check, and also a department of motor vehicle check.
 
We have all applicants complete an application process. This process includes a detailed questionnaire and a general application complete with work and education history.

We then conduct a preliminary phone interview to determine the Nannies needs followed by a personal interview conducted by a member of our staff. Each prospective applicant is carefully evaluated. We check all references received from the Nanny.
